A machine blows air across heated plastic that’s placed on top of a mould cavity. The air forces the heated plastic to expand across the interior walls of the mould cavity. The blow moulding process begins with softening plastic, by heating, and forming it into a parison. The parison is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole in one end through which compressed air can pass. we are capable of producing containers ranging from 200ml to 2 ltrs capacity.
Injection Moulding Machine
Injection moulding is used to make a range of widely used products, including common plastic items like bottle tops. We have injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 280 tons in our manufacturing facility.
